What is cnc retrofitting?
Numerical control (CNC) machine retrofit is the process of upgrading or improving existing CNC machinery to enhance their performance, accuracy, efficiency, or functionality. This type of work is done to extend the useful life of machines and keep them competitive in the modern manufacturing industry without having to replace the entire machinery.
We intervene by replacing the CNC with a new one from the last generation, complete with motors and axis drives. We redesign the various systems (hydraulic and pneumatic) and redo the electrical panel’s wiring. As for the mechanical part, we replace and restore all damaged or worn parts.
The machine is assembled and commissioned by qualified technicians who will also provide you the necessary training to operate and maintain every procedure.
