M2K special machine

The client asked us to optimize his work process, because it resulted too prolonged and costly. With a standard imported milling machine, it took the company about 4-5 hours to complete the machining of each part, making the final product less competitive in the market. 

After a thorough study of the project, we revolutionized the work concept by introducing a machine that can perform the same work in just 20 minutes instead of 4-5 hours. Moreover, thanks to this type of machinery, we were able to reduce the coaxiality tolerance to almost zero.
